Cevino Glass

Sevenstones supports Cevino Glass shareholders, a group specialized in the transformation and installation of glass products through its two historical brands, Le Kap Verre and Miroiteries Dubrulle, both based in the Hauts de France. Sevenstones is involved in the negotiation of an option to purchase the shares of the investment funds invested in the capital and the implementation of this option within the context of an MBO. In addition, Sevenstones advises the group in the acquisition of Lukora, enabling it to extend its geographical footprint in the Lyon region and complete its product range. Cevino Glass employs more than 200 people and has a turnover of €50M in 2019.
