Sevenstones advises Clesys’s Shareholders in the disposal of the company to Econocom. Clesys is an information technology consulting firm dedicated to infrastructures, data-centers and networks security. Clesys has a revenue of €6M in 2014 and has 55 consultant-engineers. This operation enable Econocom, specialised in companies digital transformation, to diversify its activities by acquiring a know-how in cybersecurity.
