Dirickx Groupe

Sevenstones supports the family shareholders of Dirickx Group in the disposal to the Belgian group Robur Capital / Telesco. Dirickx is the French leader in the manufacture of steel fences and gates, with a turnover of €130 million and 700 employees. After a period of 18 months of operational consulting, Sevenstones led the sales process with industrials and investment funds and negotiated the terms of the transaction.
