DIS is an industrial group specialized in the development and industrialization of mechanical assemblies for the industries of urban furniture, railways and capital goods. We assist the group of 170 employees, with a turnover of 32M€, in its capital reorganization with the implementation of a strategic committee gathering investors and entrepreneurs, and the rise of key managers in the capital of the group. After having advised the group in the acquisition of Artech in 2015, we carried out a second operation of external growth with the acquisition of Bourasseau Industrie, a company based in the Vendée region and specialized in et spécialisée industrial and fine sheet metal.
