Emeraude International

Emeraude International is group dedicated to polymer distribution. Historically well implanted in Africa, the group progressively extends its distribution activities to Asia and Americas in the 2010s to reach a revenue of €450M in 2014. Sevenstones advises managers and shareholders of Emeraude International in a Management Buy-Out operation enabling some shareholders to gain share in the capital and others to enter the capital. We intervene in the negotiation of a call option with leaving shareholder, the selection of relevant investors, the construction of management package and the banking financing part.
