Sevenstones supports Microwave Vision Group’s shareholders, a company listed on Euronext in the process of entering into exclusive negotiations with Groupe HLD for the sale of a majority block representing 52.95% of the capital. The €26 per share price values 100% of MVG’s capital at approximately €170M. This operation will be followed by a mandatory public offering. Microwave Vision Group is specialized in the design and manufacture of systems for measuring and visualizing electromagnetic waves allowing R&D departments of major customers in the civil telecommunications industry and Aerospace & Defense to constantly improve the efficiency and reliability of their solutions. The group achieves a turnover of €87.4M in 2019, 90% of which is realized internationally and has 350 employees located in 10 countries around the world.
