OBM is general construction company specialized in wood construction, industrialised building and modular through group’s subsidiary Atemco. In 2015, OBM has a turnover of €70M and gathers 180 employees in France. Sevenstones advises the family-owned company in its governance, its build-up strategy, and the disposal of a non-strategic entity. Sevenstones advises on the disposal of the “corporate nursery” division to Crèche du Soleil. With two establishments located in the Loiret region, OBM is refocusing its activities on its core business.
