Élodie Le Gendre

Elodie a fondé Sevenstones en 2007.

Elle a travaillé pendant 15 ans au sein de différentes banques françaises et internationales (Paribas, Banque du Louvre et UBS), où elle a notamment exercé des responsabilités de management d’équipes en Banque Privée, accompagné des opérations de fusions et acquisitions de PME, en développant une expertise de l’accompagnement d’entrepreneurs dirigeants et actionnaires.

Elodie est diplômée de IEP Paris et est Docteur en Sciences Économiques de l’Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

François Camus

François a exercé dans l’Asset Management avant de rejoindre le Corporate Finance du CCF en 1997 (devenu HSBC en 2000) pour travailler sur les opérations boursières (OPA, OPE, OPRA, fusions) puis, en Equity Capital Markets, comme responsable des IPOs. Il s’est ensuite spécialisé dans le conseil auprès des chefs d’entreprises et des PME ou ETI, chez UBS France puis comme responsable du M&A Midcap chez HSBC France.

François est diplômé de IEP Paris.

Après différentes expériences d’analyste en banque d’affaires (Natixis puis Rothschild), Damien rejoint Sevenstones en Janvier 2013. Originaire de Vendée, Damien ouvre le bureau de Nantes en septembre 2019 et devient associé.

Damien est diplômé d’Audencia et de l’université de Strathclyde (Glasgow).

Amine Tageldin

After 15 years of experience in various financial institutions: Crédit Agricole CIB, SGAM AI, and Société Générale, where he worked in capital markets and corporate finance as head of LBO and acquisition finance. Amine is also a CFA charterholder.

Amine joins Sevenstones in 2022 and brings his skills and experience in structured finance.

Hans de Breda a developpé pendant 15 ans Carvest. Son expérience du private equity et d’accompagnement d’entreprise sur le long terme le placent naturellement en qualité de conseil auprès des dirigeants, dans le cadre d’opérations visant à structurer, développer ou transmettre leur entreprise. 

Hans rejoint Sevenstones en 2021 pour développer l’activité dans le Sud-Est de la France.

Serge Jamgotchian

After 5 years in the Finance Department of Dalkia, Serge joined an independent structure in 1996 to advise shareholder managers on their development projects and the structuring of their financing, particularly in an international environment. In 2005 he joined the Crédit Agricole Group to create the first regional investment banks. In 2012, he joined the Lyon office of SODICA. Serge has acquired over thirteen years of professional experience mainly as an advisor to shareholder managers and financial investors.

Serge joined Sevenstones and opened the Lyon office alongside Adrien Pedron.

Adrien Pedron

Agricultural engineer by training, Adrien’s first experience was with Transcapital, a financial advisor dedicated to the agri-food sector. In 2011, he joined the Sodica team and then joined the Lyon office in 2015 to assist regional SMEs in their transfer and development projects.
Adrien has also developed an expertise in the wine industry.

Adrien joined Sevenstones and opened the Lyon office alongside Serge Jamgotchian.

Côme Morgain

Côme est diplômé d’une maîtrise d’économétrie à Paris II, d’une maîtrise en commerce à l’EM Lyon et de l’Executive Corporate Finance Program à la London Business School. Côme est un spécialiste des opérations de fusions-acquisitions avec plus de quinze ans passés en conseil, Deloitte Finance et Lincoln International en corporate, puis en tant que membre de la direction du M&A d’Areva T&D et responsable de la croissance externe de Nexity. Auparavant directeur M&A chez Financière de Courcelles puis responsable de l’activité M&A d’EuroLand Corporate, Côme a rejoint Sevenstones en 2018.

Jean-Benoît Missoffe

Jean-Benoit Missoffe a exercé depuis 1983 les métiers de Banque d’Affaires, successivement à la CDC comme analyste financier (sociétés cotées et capital développement), puis au sein du groupe CIC- Crédit Mutuel en tant que membre du directoire de sa filiale d’investissement et de conseil (fusion-acquisition, opérations boursières), puis au sein du groupe UBS en France en tant que conseil auprès de chefs d’entreprises.

She worked for 15 years in several French and International banks (Paribas, Banque du Louvre and UBS), where she was in charge of the management of Private Banking teams. Besides she accompanied SME M&A operations, developing an expertise in supporting entrepreneurs, managers and shareholders.

Elodie graduated from IEP Paris and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

François Camus

François started his career in Asset Management before joining CCF’s Corporate Finance department in 1997 (which became HSBC in 2000) to work on stock market transactions (takeover bids, IPOs, mergers) and then, in Equity Capital Markets, as Head of IPOs.
He then specialized in advising business leaders and SMEs / ETIs at UBS France, to finally become Head of M&A Midcap at HSBC France.

François graduated from IEP Paris.

Hans de Breda developed Carvest for 15 years. His experience in private equity and long-term business support naturally places him in a position to advise managers in transactions aimed at structuring, developing or transferring their business.

Côme is a specialist in M&A transactions with over fifteen years spent in consulting, Deloitte Finance and Lincoln International in corporate, then as a member of the M&A department of Areva T&D and head of Nexity’s external growth. Previously M&A Director at Financière de Courcelles and then head of M&A activity at EuroLand Corporate, Côme joined Sevenstones in 2018.
